Understanding the Vision
During this phase we concentrate on clarifying our client's vision, which entails defining the overall scope of the project and understanding what value the application will be adding at the end of the day. Requirements Gathering

Specification Development
Under this phase, the Requirements from the previous section are transparent and the development of a detailed specifications document is begun. User Interface Design
After the Sign off of the Specification Document, we then create Photo Shop Design Files that we arrange in a storyboard so that you can visually see your application. Build Phase
Once the Specification and User Interface Design have been accepted, the next step is building the Alpha version of the product. In the first test, we show simulations of the iPhone app through a series of videos. In the second test, we complete and load up the application onto the apple developer portal. Here we can assign certificates to the iPhones so you can see and test the product.
Unit/Feature Testing
During this phase our Quality Assurance Manager, and a QA individual on the client side, will go through and determine the usability of the application and make suggestions.
